Late Cancellations

Reservation & Cancellation Policy

No deposit is needed for services under $85. Most services $85 and up require a 50% deposit when you book. House Calls are paid in full when you book.

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to change or cancel.

Canceling with less than 24 hours' notice: 50% of the service total ($85+ services)
No-call / no-show: 100% of the service total ($85+ services)
Higher ticket services may require a deposit depending on the chosen artist
Repeated no-shows may require paying in full ahead of time on $85+ services

All appointments are reserved exclusively for you. This policy ensures fairness to our team and other guests seeking availability.

Tardiness

Please be courteous to the staff and other clients at Lavish By Minor Details and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment for another time. If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let us know so we can minimize any disruption to our staff and other customers.
