Late Cancellations
Reservation & Cancellation Policy
Services $85+ require extended appointment times, advanced preparation, and reserved product allocation.
To maintain the highest level of service and availability, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations.

Cancellations within 24 hours: 50% of the service total

No-call / no-show appointments: 75% of the service total
All appointments are reserved exclusively for you. This policy ensures fairness to our team and other guests seeking availability.

Tardiness
Please be courteous to the staff and other clients at Lavish By Minor Details and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment for another time. If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let us know so we can minimize any disruption to our staff and other customers.
